          氧脱木质素

          随着国家经济发展,环保标准日益严格,如何减少纸浆漂白?#32420;?#23545;环?#36710;?#27745;染,已经成为造纸工业发?#26500;?#31243;中,不可忽视的重大问题。我国纸业技术和世界的发展趋势一样,围绕减少污染节约能源降?#32479;?#26412;,充分利用纤维资源等方面而进行。从环保和资源利用上看,造纸(纸业)污染防治成为我国纸业技术及纸业政策的重点热点。纸浆漂白技术正朝着无元素氯和全无氯技术发展。

          氧气漂白技术,是指纸浆在碱性条件下以镁盐为保护剂,在适当的浆浓?#33073;?#21147;等条件下,用氧脱木素的方式进行漂白。?#27689;?#29992;元素氯作为氯化段的常规漂白技术相比,氧脱木质素具有环境污染少,纸浆得率和黏度较高,白度稳定性好,易打浆,脱水性能好,漂白费用低等优点。

          目前在国内此领域中,变压吸附制氧机应用广泛,氧气纯度满足漂白工艺要求,设备操作简单,控制方便。
